PROGRAM: “In the Footsteps of Marines: The Marine Battalion at the Battle of First Manassas.”

Staff Ride and PME supporting MCU at Manassas Ntl. Park

LOCATION: Manassas National Battlefield Park, VA      

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: MCU has requested a staff ride for enlisted Marines from the Lejeune Leadership Institute sometime during the last two weeks of February. The PME will focus on the Marines at the Battle of First Manassas. Select staff from the USMCHC will conduct a special talk and tour of Manassas National Battlefield. The talks will focus on the Marine’s role in the Battle of First Manassas and follow in the footsteps of those Marines during the actions on Henry Hill.
