LOCATION: Historic London Town, Edgewater, MD  

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The USMCHC will once again support the highly specialized interpretive program revolving around Historic London Town, Maryland, and the early days of the American Revolution. The program will focus on 1776 London Town in the days immediately following the issuance of the Declaration of Independence by the Continental Congress in Philadelphia. With this being the 250th Anniversary of the Declaration details for and scope of this coming year’s program are still in the works. This is a high-profile program looking at the people of London town and their many points of view as our fledgling nation declared its independence from England.
